5. No SaaS / No Hosted Service

Viking DataForge™ is not a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

We do not host your data.

We do not monitor your usage.

We do not have access to your systems unless you explicitly provide access for support.

6. Updates & Support

Updates are provided during an active subscription period.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through designated support channels.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

The Software will be error-free.

The Software will meet every specific business requirement.

Operation will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license in the prior 12 months.

Upon termination:

You may continue using the last installed version, but updates and support will cease.
